reduced their prices. I hope the credit crunch aint got to them cause I love me some MAC.

Yeah, this will be because the VAT has gone down, and so the prices have all gone down.


It's not special offers, all the shops have done it :)

It's to try and bring more money into shops, because of the credit crunch! Just looked on MAC Cosmetics UK site and can't believe that they have...? ?
VAT was reduced from 17.5% to 15% and came into place yesterday, December 1st, so most places have reduced their prices, that's why the prices are not whole pounds anymore, they end in random pence, like 拢9.87 or something. But don't worry MAC is fine, everywhere has to do it. I'm gonna stock up on stuff i need while prices are a bit cheaper!

I think that most of it is the sales, because they generally do go down quite a lot for sales. A couple of pounds might be the credit crunch though.
its because everywhere is havinglike a 2% cut off because the goverment are making them or something like that im not sure....
