I talked to a doctor who was from India about this very same subject. He said it's not recommended, even though the doctors go through formal education, their medical practices are still less than acceptable. Sometimes they reuse things that are supposed to be sterile, sometimes conditions aren't sanitary enough. You may think you're saving money, but do you really want to be stuck in a third world country if something goes wrong?
