For you mid-ranged cosmetics The Face Shop and Skin Food are probably the most popular. However, in the department stores like Lotte or Shinsegae laneige 화장품 http://www.laneige.com/intro.jsp may be one of the most popular Korean brands in Korea and in Asia.
Other popular Korean brands are Hera and IOPE. The Japanese brand SKII is quite expensive and naturally then popular too.
Most of the best sellers are Lancome and all those other ones that are best sellers in all of Asia and the world really.
I find products from Gowoonsesang (esp. Dr.G) and LG Household %26amp; Healthcare useful.

The ones that you mentioned are mostly for teens and for woman in 20s... It's also cheap so many teenage girls prefer those.
